And that’s okay… You don’t have to appeal to everyone.

A strong, cult following is more valuable – and more loyal – than being a three-star commodity.

That’s why Marmite is brilliant branding.
It doesn’t try to please everyone.
It owns exactly what it is.
And the people who love it… really love it.

But here’s the mistake I’ve seen over and over:
Mid-tier brands saying they want to be “the Apple of their space.”
That’s not realistic.

Sometimes the hardest step is facing the truth.
That’s the first step of the F-X-IT approach.
And it’s not for everyone.

Some people will love it.
Some people will hate it.
